Alarm, shutter and home automation repairs and aftercare in Vendée
An alarm, a shutter or the Tydom app has stopped responding? Call me: the installer is the one who answers and comes to your home.
In short
- One number: I'm the one who answers, and the one who comes.
- I come and look at your home before the quote: free quote, written, VAT included, no obligation.
- My own installations first; Delta Dore systems fitted by someone else, I look into case by case.
Arnauld, Delta Dore certified installer and local tradesman based in La Ferrière: the whole of Vendée, no subcontracting.

The first question
One number: mine
Call 02 52 43 10 98: I'm the one who answers. You can also leave your number: I'll call you back.
I come and look at your home before the quote. I give you a possible date on the phone, then write it on the quote.
An emergency (break-in under way, smoke, someone taken ill) goes to 17, 18 or 112: I'm not an emergency service. Without a monitoring contract, nobody calls the emergency services for you.

Step by step
Three checks before you call
The power supply
Are the Tydom box and the Hub (the Tyxal+ alarm control panel) plugged in? An unlit light on the Hub means a power cut. Don't open the Hub's casing. If you unplug the Tydom box, plug the Ethernet cable back in first, then the power.
The broadband router and the Tydom box
The Tydom Home box (the unit connected to your broadband router, which links to the app) connects with an Ethernet cable. A steady red light: it hasn't received an address from your router; check the cable at both ends. Don't press the button on the back: thirty seconds wipes its settings and its pairings with your devices. Without internet, no more remote management.
The Tydom app
Close it and open it again, and check that your phone is connected to the internet.
Note what you see: message, light, time.

What I cover
What I repair
The installations I've fitted: the alarm and its Hub, the cameras, the shutters, the smart heating and the Tydom box. I'm not Delta Dore's after-sales service: I look after what I've installed, and I look into the rest. I can often sort it out remotely: you invite me to your installation from the Delta Dore app, and you can remove that access whenever you wish.

The app
Has it stopped responding? Call me with what you see on screen: I'll guide you through a schedule, a scene (a series of actions started with one touch) or connecting the box.

The alarm
Is it going off for no reason? The Hub keeps a record of events: note what you see and call me before you clear them.

A flat battery
A detector or the Hub reporting a low battery? Call me before you change it: the Hub's batteries are replaced in maintenance mode.

The shutters
A shutter won't move? I check the receiver, the control and the box. The shutter itself (original motor, slats, strap) is a job for a shutter fitter.

Fitted by someone else
Call me: I'll tell you straight away whether I can help. It's possible for Delta Dore equipment, from a French company, which I look into case by case.

Adding equipment
That's an installation, so it needs a quote, not a repair call.
Guarantees
What I've installed is covered
The legal guarantee of conformity applies for two years from delivery, for the equipment I supply and its installation (articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code). The terms of the quote come on top.
Delta Dore's warranty is separate from mine; batteries are excluded from it.
If something isn't right, call the same number: I'm the one who comes out. During the legal guarantee period, putting it right costs you nothing, call-out included; outside it, on the terms of the quote.

The quote
Outside the guarantee: free quote
I come and look at your home before the quote. The visit and travel are never charged.
Even for a small repair, I draw up a free quote before starting: written, itemised, VAT included, no obligation. The payment terms are set out in it.

Your questions
Frequently asked questions
What should I tell you on the phone?
- What you see: the message on screen, the colour of the light, the time.
- What has stopped working: the alarm, a shutter, the app.
How much does it cost?
- The price depends on the fault: that's why I come and look first.
- A free quote, in writing, VAT included, itemising every line. Then you decide, with no obligation.
Can I change the batteries myself?
- Call me first: the Hub's batteries are replaced in maintenance mode, switched on with the remote control or the installer code.
- The Hub lasts up to seven days on its three LR14 (C) backup batteries during a power cut, with fresh batteries.
Do you also repair cameras and heating?
- Yes, the ones I've installed: alarm, cameras, shutters, smart heating and Tydom box.
- Fitted by someone else: I look into them case by case, if they're Delta Dore.
My broadband or mobile plan has stopped working: can you help?
- I take over as soon as it involves the Tydom box, the Hub or the app.
- Your broadband router and mobile plan are your operator's responsibility.
