No. You buy your alarm, it’s yours, the app is free. Professional monitoring by a certified centre exists — it’s an option, never a condition.
Does it work with my dog or cat?
Yes: the motion detectors come with pet-friendly lenses, and zone settings do the rest.
Does someone come out when it goes off?
Without professional monitoring, no one is dispatched automatically — you stay in control: the siren goes off, your phone alerts you, you check and call 17 (the French police) if it’s serious.
