Staying at home · Vendée (85)
Stay in your own home, with a house that's simpler to live in
The shutters open with the daylight, every room stays at the right temperature, and you choose who comes into your home.
My name is Arnauld, a local tradesman in Vendée: I come to your home, I listen, and I only fit what is useful to you.
In short
- Your habits stay the same: switches, remote control and key work just as before.
- You decide: who comes into your home, the temperature of each room, when the shutters open.
- Just one person to deal with: me, from the first visit to any repair.

Arnauld, Delta Dore certified installer and local tradesman based in La Ferrière: the whole of Vendée, no subcontracting.

I never cold-call
You call me. I don't knock on doors, and I don't make sales calls.
I visit you before the quote. A family member can be there, if you wish.
The quote is in writing, with prices including VAT and clear explanations, no obligation: take your time to read it through.

Your habits stay your own
Your switches stay where they are, and the door still opens with a key.
Each device keeps its own control on the spot: a unit for the heating, a keypad for the alarm, a remote control for the shutters.
Nothing to break: a small module slips in behind the existing switch.

What I can do in your home

The shutters
They open at sunrise and close at dusk, on their own, or at the press of a remote control.

The lights
A switch by the bed: one press, and the lights come on all the way to the bathroom. From afar, you check that everything is off.

Warmth
Each room keeps the temperature you have chosen, and you set the one it must not go above.

The door
Everyone has their own personal code: home help, children, neighbour. A key always opens the door.
Go away with peace of mind
Going away for a few days? You set the alarm with one touch as you close the door.
A water leak, a fire starting or a power cut? A message reaches your phone, even a basic mobile, by text or call.
If you wish, your family can receive these messages too: you're the one who invites them. See the alarm

Your questions
I'm not comfortable with mobile phones: is this for me?
- Yes: day to day, you don't need one. Shutters and heating follow their settings, and switches and key work just as before.
- If you want to control things from afar, I set up the phone with you and show you everything.
Is there a subscription to pay?
- I don't sell any subscriptions.
- Alarm: no compulsory subscription; optional SIM card plan for texts and calls: I explain this before the quote.
How much does it cost?
- The price depends on your home and what you choose: that's why I come and look first.
- You can start with just one thing, whatever bothers you most, and add more later.
- A free quote, in writing, with prices including VAT, itemising every line. Then you decide, with no obligation.
How can I be sure who is coming to my home?
- You're the one who calls me, on 02 52 43 10 98.
- A craftsman (registered artisan) listed on the French national business register, Delta Dore certified installer, based in La Ferrière: I'm the one who comes, no subcontractors.
And if I forget my code?
- A key always opens the door, and so does the little key-ring remote.
- Leave a spare with a relative, as you do today.
Will my home help have her own code?
- Yes, her own code, which you can delete whenever you wish.
- Let her know: the lock keeps a record of which code opened it.
And if there's a problem after installation?
- You call the same number, and I'm the one who comes back.
